I’ve had Joey work with me on three different properties when I had concerns about possible hail and storm damage, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Joey was quick to respond, put my mind at ease, and did a full, detailed inspection of all three properties. He provided me with thorough reports that I could keep for my records and potentially use with insurance if a claim ever became necessary. What I appreciated most was that Joey was honest. He didn’t try to convince me that I had damage just to create a job for himself. In fact, there weren’t any major concerns that warranted an insurance claim. Instead, he gave me some helpful pointers on what to keep an eye on and even pointed out a few areas of concern from the original installation done by previous roofing companies. He also went above and beyond by covering exposed nails while he was there. Little things like that say a lot about the kind of person and contractor you’re dealing with. At this point, Joey is my “call this guy before I call anyone else” roofing guy. 😂 If you’re looking for someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, and actually gives you an honest opinion about what needs to be done, Joey is your guy. I’ll absolutely be contacting him again for any future roofing needs.

Joey roofing did an above and beyond job on my duplex. The process was easy, job done on time, and everything was very clear and informative. They made sure the job was done right, and seem to truly care about the quality of their work. As an investor it can be hard to find good people to work with. I'll be calling them in the future.

Joey came and inspected our gutters and gave us some recommendations to fix an installation issue caused from a different contractor. The professionalism and scheduling communication stood out. I would use this company again for sure

Joey and his team did an amazing job on the siding of my grandmother's house in maple grove! They finished in a day and a half and even came to finish on a Saturday. The work was so good I referred him to my girlfriend and he is now replacing some windows and fixing up damaged siding. He explained the entire process and came out multiple times to explain next steps and double check the work to be sure everyone was happy. Amazing service, highly recommend!

Joey did a PHENOMENAL job with our roof patch job, and his level of communication was a breath of fresh air. Within hours of sending a text message I was on the schedule, and in less than a week my roof was fixed. We only needed a very small area repaired where some shingles had blown off. I had previously attempted to contract multiple handimen, multiple agreed to do the work, none of them ever showed up. The big roofing companies all turned me down, several stating they only do full roof replacements. That was not an issue for Joey Roofing and Siding! I several years when our roof is due for replacement I will absolutely be contacting Joey Roofing and Siding again. This was by far the smoothest interaction I've had with any home company! We had Joey out last fall to do roofs and siding. Absolutely perfect from start to finish. Unfortunately, a tree fell on our house only a few months later and damaged our brand new roofing and siding. Called Joey to take a look, he showed up within a couple hours. He mitigated damage to prevent water intrusion until his crews could come out, remove the tree, replace the damaged siding, and repair the roof. Everything turned out perfect as I expected. Joey's communication is second to none and the workmanship is always perfect. I would never call anyone else and would recommend Joey to anyone I care about.

I called Joey Roofing and Siding to come to my house to address a leak on my roof. They performed a full inspection that started with looking at the interior damages before getting into the dirty attic to see where the water was coming from! I thought I was going to have to file an insurance claim for the damages but Joey Roofing and Siding was able to perform minor repairs to my roof to prolong its life. I also showed the company some other issues and they gave me some cheap fixes to help me stay within my budget. I had a great experience working with Joey. We needed a new roof and some residing on our house due to age. He's friendly and easy to communicate with in person and via phone, and was reasonable throughout the consultation and quoting process. We had to wait for winter (and second and third winter) to pass, but along the way he was always timely with follow-up and was really proactive in addressing issues and concerns throughout the process. The crews worked hard, were respectful of our home and neighbors, and the price was fair and on par with other quotes I received. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a new roof or siding.

The company is working on a neighbors residence and the Owner took the time to go to each of the surrounding homes and leave a very nice note explaining the construction, the hours, inconveniences, etc. I found it extraordinarily unusual for a company to make this effort. I called Joey & let them know it was appreciated & if they have their shit together to this degree, you should call Joey Roofing & Siding if you have issues with your residence!

I thought this was going to be stressful as a homeowner, but Joey and his team made this 100% stress free! They gave us a timeline as to when we could expect the project to be wrapped up, and they nailed it. The crews were timely and respectful. The quality of the work is out of this world. We were shocked to see custom trim work where the pieces were bent to fit perfectly over the old trim. We got a beautiful new skylight in addition to the beautiful new shingles. We went with a dark blue color for our siding, and it really looks like a brand new house. It was such a great experience and I would recommend Joey and his team 100 times over!
