The roofing on a townhome community is the same work we do on houses. What's different is the coordination: scheduling across buildings, notices to residents, and one contact for the property manager and the board.
We inspect every building the association is responsible for and give the board a condition report and per-building pricing they can use for reserve planning, not a single lump-sum number.

I’ve had Joey work with me on three different properties when I had concerns about possible hail and storm damage, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He provided me with thorough reports that I could keep for my records and potentially use with insurance if a claim ever became necessary. What I appreciated most was that Joey was honest. Instead, he gave me some helpful pointers on what to keep an eye on and even pointed out a few areas of concern from the original installation done by previous roofing companies. He also went above and beyond by covering exposed nails while he was there. Little things like that say a lot about the kind of person and contractor you’re dealing with. At this point, Joey is my “call this guy before I call anyone else” roofing guy. 😂 If you’re looking for someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, and actually gives you an honest opinion about what needs to be done, Joey is your guy. I’ll absolutely be contacting him again for any future roofing needs.
Joey roofing did an above and beyond job on my duplex. The process was easy, job done on time, and everything was very clear and informative. They made sure the job was done right, and seem to truly care about the quality of their work. As an investor it can be hard to find good people to work with. I'll be calling them in the future.
Joey came and inspected our gutters and gave us some recommendations to fix an installation issue caused from a different contractor. The professionalism and scheduling communication stood out. I would use this company again for sure
