Once the old roof is off, every sheet of decking is walked and inspected. Soft or delaminated wood gets photographed and you hear about it before it's replaced, not on the final invoice.

Once the scope is agreed, we schedule the work. Depreciation held back by the insurer is typically released after the job is finished and the final invoice is submitted.
