A window's energy rating describes what it can do when it's installed right. Whether it actually performs depends on the seal at the rough opening, the sill pan flashing, and whether the frame is set plumb and square.
We look at every window you want replaced, tell you whether a pocket insert will work or you need full-frame, and explain the glass options in real terms before anything is ordered.
