Plenty of roofers only want full replacements. We don't turn down small jobs. Blown-off shingles, a leaking vent, failed flashing at a chimney or a pipe boot that's cracked: we'll come out, find where the water is actually getting in, and fix it.
A leak inspection starts inside. We look at the ceiling damage and the attic before we go up, so the repair goes where the water enters, not just where it shows up.

We start at the stain, go into the attic, then onto the roof. Water travels before it drips, so the fix has to go where it gets in.

A roof under 15 years old with damage in one area is usually a good repair. We'll tell you when a repair is the right call, and when it isn't.

We had Joey out last fall to do roofs and siding. Absolutely perfect from start to finish. Unfortunately, a tree fell on our house only a few months later and damaged our brand new roofing and siding. Called Joey to take a look, he showed up within a couple hours. He mitigated damage to prevent water intrusion until his crews could come out, remove the tree, replace the damaged siding, and repair the roof. Everything turned out perfect as I expected.
